Dillon and Taylor reside in Morganton, NC, striving to be active and impactful within their community.

Dillon is a military retiree who was afforded many opportunities to lead hundreds of the military's finest service members through the United States and multiple overseas tours. He is a private practice clinical mental health provider and a clinical addiction specialist in Morganton. He serves his community through different organizations, including as a member of the United Way Board of Directors. He is an alumnus of the University of Southern California. Fight on!

Taylor is the MVP of the Smith family. She is a Special Education professional turned stay-at-home mom who still serves the school system in a limited capacity. She is a two-time graduate of Reich College of Education at Appalachian State University. Go App! She serves her community through the Morganton Service League.

They have one daughter, Stella Rae, and two freeloading dogs, Cadence and Luna. They are members of Zion Baptist Church in Morganton.
